Each camper comes equipped with a hot water heater and various sleeping configurations to accommodate your group, depending on the model. Every camper is thoroughly cleaned, regularly inspected, and up-to-date, guaranteeing a safe and enjoyable adventure. WALK THROUGH INCLUDES
Many of our camper rentals at 371 Outdoors Recreational Rentals, powered by Fractional Toys, are equipped with electric brakes. These rentals require an electronic brake controller and either a four-pin flat or seven-pin round plug for safe towing. Any camper or toy hauler exceeding a 3,000 lbs tow capacity mandates that your vehicle is equipped with electric brakes. If your vehicle lacks electric brakes, we’re happy to connect you with a trusted local partner for installation. Our team at 371 Outdoors Recreational Rentals is dedicated to ensuring your electronic brake control system is compatible and safe for a worry-free adventure.
POLICIES
- Must be 25 years or older
- Must have major credit card and driver’s license
- Must show proof of valid insurance
- $200 deposit required at time of reservation, which goes toward the reservation
- Damage deposit required upon pickup
- No refunds for cancellations less than 30 days

- Cleaning fee starting at $100 if not returned clean inside and outside
- Motorhome comes with 30 amp connector with converter to 110 amp, waste dumping tools, fresh water hose, leveling blocks, stabilizer crank, hitch pin
